We are currently investigating an issue where some users are receiving an unexpected error message and are subsequently logged out of the StrivePD app.
If you encounter this error, please select “Logout” from the error message prompt. Once logged out, you can sign back in to continue using the app.
Please note that while this workaround allows access to the application, the error message may reappear. If it does, you will need to repeat the process of logging out and logging back in.
